I think Jack's post referred to costs for IPC-4761 Type VII non-conductive fill.
Or at least I hope so, and even then they are a multiple of what I see.

Somewhere back in this thread I suggested the overall benefits of VII vias outweighed the initial cost and actually found the cost delta was fairly insignificant.

Is there any information you can share on the relative cost deltas (%) for the different types of IPC-4761 plugged / filled / plated vias ?
