Hello,
Does anyone has return of experience or feedback regarding the use of solderable enamelled copper wires for jumpers or wire repairs on Class 3 PCBAs?
Any potential limitations or restrictions of use?
The one that is considered is a 36AWG/0.19mm wire.
This seems not to be clearly addressed in the IPC 7711/7721.
I only found the following mention (IPC-7721B §6.1, Jumper Wires) : Recommended wire is solid insulated plated copper wire, tin lead plated, 22 to 32 AWG with Kynar, Milene, Kapton, Teflon or equivalent insulation.
Thanks in advance.
