徐工，

   在IPC-7711/7721 《电子组件的返工、修改和维修》在针对不同元器件拆除中都会提到设备和材料的设定和选择。

另外IPC  J-STD-001 《焊接的电气和电子组件要求》附录A-焊接工具和设备指南中还提及了焊接设备在非工作状态烙铁头闲置温度的要求。
