Henkel Macromelt encapsulation might be worth a look.  http://www.henkel.com/adhesives/MA_Macromelt_Homepage-12494.htm  - no personal experience with it but it is an interesting process.

Hi Technetters,

looking for an conformal coating for electronics used in medical application. The small electronic should be able to pass 1000 cycles washing and cleaning process with ph=13 plus 20 minutes autoclave 135°C @ 2bar.

1st idea is parylene coating, any cheaper or better ideas?
