Genny,

NyoGel 760 reduces connnector insertion force and prevents oxidation.
True that as all greases do, it attracts dust but we do not find that a problem.
What is most important is the reliability of the connection and for that this
special grease (approved for automotive use) its phenomenal.
The USAF did a study on greases for connectors and found the reliability much
improved.  If you'd like a copy I'll try to find it and send it to you.
