Don't know of a actual coupon but Specimen E is the "Y" version. Testing for
clean boards/panels should be done prior to any soldermask adhesion or
conformal coating so you will pass any peel testing. I am sure most fab
house claim they have a known good profile of the process so they don't have
to verify each panel is clean.
