I would assume that Motorola has a good training system and could come up to
speed rather quickly. Not totally understanding the project so I am assuming
this is in general so training is the biggest bang for the dollar.

Also consider processing samples of through hole soldering and cleaning. SMT
devices are standard but of course much more rigid for acceptance @ class 3.
