Your right, fragrance is not a contaminate and some people are just over reacting. They will cost their company lots of money in cost, lost productivity and dirty gloves will be worse. These people will probably have Tin/lead No-Clean gloves, PB-Free No Clean gloves then maybe gloves for washed OA boards. They can create a real mess.
