Typically, it is usually SnPb or SAC (for lead free solders). I doubt
that it will be for gold and silver. If silver is used, then the
Immersion Silver process is used. If gold is used, then it will be a
part of the Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) plating process.
