Contact your electroless supplier to review your basket loading. Having
panels too close together can cause performance issues due to restrictions
of solution flow. Based on the fact that you mention you see problems when
you have full baskets I suspect the panels are too close together.

[TN] Electroless parameters
We are a high reliability PCB fab house mostly making multilayer PCB's. We
are a high mix small volume mfr. We have observed some diffferences in the
boards processed with different qtys. ie between lots processed in desmear
and electroless with the baskets fully loaded and partially loaded. Our
chemical supplier says that this should not matter much since we maintain
the bath well within the limits and has dump schedules almost 60-70% of
what is specified. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Can anyone
give your views on this whether there can be a difference in the boards
processed with the baskets fully loaded and with boards processed with the
baskets partially loaded.
