This therefore applies to ALL hydrochlorofluorocarbons, including
HCFC-225, as well as HCFC-141b.
In any case HCFC-225 has a lower BP than HCFC-141b and is much less
aggressive, even as a degreaser, so cannot be considered as a "drop-in"
replacement.
It would seem that HFC/HFE solvents are all that remain as in-kind
substitutes (I'm not sure whether they are targeted by the EU
authorities for their GWP), but you will find they are much more
difficult to use than 141b - and they are also much more expensive.
