Hi Bob,

Thanks for the info.

i confirmed from Fabricator they are actually doing Electrolytic Nickel and gold 
plating so no need of Phosphurous.

As IPC Standard  doesn't specify the thickness of Nickel and Gold for 
Electrolytic plating Process it only specifies ENIG thickness..in 4552..?

Can i know if there is any standard Specifications for the Electrolytic Nickel, 
Gold plating Thicknesses ?
