Yes. This is how the problem manifest itself, with a bulge on the top of
the cap. However, we did not have the contamination shown just to the
left of the coil! :-)

I have asked a question on Technet about the Panasonic caps and I think
it would be a good idea to refer to the attached picture that shows the
bulging at the top of the parts. I wonder if this is acceptable or not.
