Fellow TechNetters,

We are experiencing a white residue on the solder side of some boards
after going through our wash system. We are wave soldering the boards
on a SeHo wave solder machine using Aim NC-264-5 no clean flux. The
boards have some additional components installed by hand using water
soluble flux/solder. The boards are then run through our Aqueous
Technologies SMT series board washer. When they complete the drying
cycle, there is a white residue on the solder side of the boards that is
very difficult to remove. Has anyone else seen this residue from
washing a board after using no clean flux? Does anyone have any
recommendations to help eliminate the residue?
