   I have noticed that some of the FP ceramics components have very soft
leads. Those leads will take all the mismatch from the two materials.
The side problem with the soft leads is that they deform so easily.

Well Kenny,
Their concern may be CC racking, but could also be solder joint
failures. 
Remember, there is a huge CTE-mismatch between the ceramic CC and the
FR-4 PCB.
