Steve,

My technical rep that has sold me Pace stuff for years has suggested
that the business would be run differently if he were king, if you know
what I mean.  Poor business decisions at Pace... They are having trouble
keeping Pace with industry needs.

Hi,
 
I'm just wondering if I'm the only one who has trouble getting things
from Pace? I'm not talking about the solder tips that your distributor
keeps in stock, but the items that have to come directly from Pace?
 
I ordered some nozzles for a TF2000 BGA rework station on January 12th
and I still haven't gotten them. They said it would be a 4-week lead
time when I ordered them (which I thought was a long time), but they
still haven't got here yet.
 
It seems that any item I order that our distributor doesn't have in
stock and has to go through Pace for, takes eons. Anybody other Pace
users have the same problem?
