From what info I was fed by the laminate manufacturer, Isola 410 was the
material of choice for RoHS applications. To date I do not believe we
have seen any issues with this material due to wave or reflow. We have
seen other issues, but they were due to our own process not the heat of
wave or reflow.
I think this directly crosses to Polyclad 370 HR.

IMHO and having assessed many, many things given the known variables and
needed process controls or the lack there-of, I would only use the
following:
* Polyclad 370 HR
* Panasonic R-1755
* Nelco N4000-29

Subject: [TN] Laminate material selection
Hello Technet:
Can anyone provide the pros and cons with using Nelco N4000-13EP vs.
Isola FR408 with regard to PWB processing, reliability and performance
for a high reliability application? How would these compare with a
polyimide material?
Thanks in advance,
