Werner,
Check out E-tec in Switzerland. I have used them before for sockets, but
only for BGAs and small flip chips. They make very good sockets, can
handle a lot of use. http://www.e-tec.ch/v2/
Another good company is Ironwood Electronics
http://www.ironwoodelectronics.com/
A third company, also very good, is Gryphics http://www.gryphics.com/
I have used other companies, but because emulation sockets take a lot of
abuse, I have found that these ones make the best quality products that
can stand up to many connect/disconnects, have the best hardware designs
for component retention, etc.
