Werner, Check out E-tec in Switzerland. I have used them before for sockets, but only for BGAs and small flip chips. They make very good sockets, can handle a lot of use. http://www.e-tec.ch/v2/ Another good company is Ironwood Electronics http://www.ironwoodelectronics.com/ A third company, also very good, is Gryphics http://www.gryphics.com/ I have used other companies, but because emulation sockets take a lot of abuse, I have found that these ones make the best quality products that can stand up to many connect/disconnects, have the best hardware designs for component retention, etc. Hope this helps you.
