Andre,
There is considerable difference in the peel strength between FR-4s and the
RO4350 family of products.
RO4350B, RO4350PA, RO4350E all have different peel values with B (most
common) being lowest and E (enhanced) being highest at approximately 1/2 the  value
of most FR-4s.
Check the data sheet for actual values (most are available on the  web).
