Hello Billy,

True, PCAD cannot create the netlist format you need but Altium Designer
can. As a matter of fact Altium Designer supports most FPGA devices and
vendor tools. If you (or you engineer) are PCAD customers and are currently
on maintenance the upgrade path from PCAD to Altium Designer is virtually
free. PCAD designs can be imported into Altium Designer very easily, through
a wizard, then output to Quartus. Take a look at their website for more
information   www.altium.com
