quote production quantities of a 2-layer board (bare glass only).  Here are
the ballpark design criteria:

Specification = IPC-6012 Class 2
Quantities = 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 each
Overall dimensions = 8 x 4 in
Smallest trace = 0.015 in
Smallest space = 0.010 in
Smallest pitch = SOT23-5
Smallest drill = 0.035 in
Number of holes = 203
Material = FR-4, UL 94V-0, 1 oz CU
Finish = Tin-lead or lead-free HASL
Solder mask = SMOBC LPI both sides
Silkscreen = Top side only
Electrical test/ATE = Not required

We would appreciate your recommendations based on experience.
