Hi (SMART)-JohnB, J-P, IPC LF Listservers,

John, you are doing good engineering/world society work. The power of one
man/oman is quite amazing. If you had a hit rate of 1 or maybe 20 I would
still think you were doing good.

One concern I have with your note and approach is the collection of data,
and reports, that will happen during the learning cycle towards a lead
free, Pb-free, reduced-Pb transitional phase. I have to say "The end GOAL"
is more important and not the hic-ups sliding down the reliability bathtub.
