Hi copassengers of the RoHS+WEEE  boat

Here is one question from an infant in this field!

While we would agree to break our necks to get the 'electronic product'
compliant ,What are the considerations towards the 'The User Manual' the
'Packing Carton' and other freebees that go along with with the product .Do
I need to analyse the printing inks , papers  etc. to become compliant
totally
