Nothing new Mike  - but it's somewhat new to politics, in the electronics
industry we had a name for it - let me think, oh yeah I remember..........

I personally find it shocking that a US state would directly reference a law
in another land and say 'whatever they do there, we'll do here'. But I
suppose when a standard is developed one simply points at the standard,
whether it be industry or legislation ... :oO
