Hi asta-Rick, IPC LF Listservers,
<What do ya'll say we kill this email thread? Other people have access to
this forum and IPC did not really set it up to question the logic of
government forced LF, but instead to help each other in the industry as
we stumble thru the process by distributing non-proprietary technical
knowledge to help us with implementation issues.. :<
Rick, I agree with you and for now i don't complain and sometimes help this
other stuff flow at the same time. Back a long time ago I also complained
that we needed to focus on what we needed to accomplish to meet the EU
deadlines rather then becoming a griping forum.
For now, we seem to have a reasonable balance, which is good. We still have
our Gordon with his great long notes and great thinking and we have others
like Werner, J-P and even KayN giving us technical information.
Too many contributors is FANTASTIC, as BBC-DrWho would say
Yours in Engineering, Dave
