Hi JohnB, IPC LF Listservers,

I am glad you were and are mad about in-humane treatment of workers.

Forgetting about tin for a minute, lets go globally, and let me note
something about China in Africa. On the BBC recently, or maybe USA's NPR,
was a report on how the leaders (money makers) in Africa like to deal with
Chineese companies, and China, so much better than Western companies,
countries.

Human Rights, or conditions are an issue with the West (at least that is
the "face" of the West), yet not an issue when China does work to gather
resources they need for their economy from Africa. China has been working
Africa for 20 years per this report.
