Hi David, IPC LF Listservers,

I decided to see if I could quick find the link to the May 9th letter on
the Wright Patterson, or USAF site. Such was not my luck in the time I
wished to spend.

Yet before I gave up I found this nice link to work that Jean-Paul did for
NIST, iNemi, etc back a little while ago. I knew this yet don't remember
seeing this link before.
