was there a certain reason not to mention the Apex 2003 report from the
"Institut für Kunststoffprüfung und Kunststoffkunde (IKP)"?

Although the 2003 version says "Lead-free is environmentally acceptable and
offers chances to improve" (IMO politically motivated), it clearly
demonstrates the negative environmental impact as the EPA report does.
