Guys,
I am slamming thru our component data base and being tortured like many
of you are, working on bringing our materials declarations in some kind
of equivalent order for components making sure they are all LF, to
determine what can/cant be used.
I frequently go back to the base documents like most of you, because of
supplier concerns for clarification, and I have not been able to close a
gap here in RoHS where it appears that the EU has exempted lead in
components in the Annex paragraph #5???
I mean, that is what it says, right?? Has there been any formal
clarification here?
Thanks
Rick Smith
