Just a quick one, since I saw this note stream last night.
Ken, you have to decide why technically, financially, or infra-structure
wise you might want 405 or even the iNEMI, Soldertec(Tin Institute)
recommended compositions of just a few years ago.
If you have an application or a place where 405 makes the most sense you
will want to use it. 405 is better than 305 in certain applications.
As always Reliability and Field Returns, your company pays for directly
or indirectly, should be one element in your assessment.
