Delrin is a difficult plastic to get anything to adhere to, as it is a
"waxy" plastic. You might have some success with a two-part epoxy.  I would
recommend scuffing the surface of the Delrin before gluing.

Anybody have some recommendations for glueing delrin and stainless steel
together.  We're going through loctite and are getting nowhere.  Any
