Hitachi makes a good set of halogen free materials.
Polyclad offers some also.
Generally you are looking at a substantial price premium for these
materials, particularly if you are replacing low-end laminate materials such
as FR4. The true cost impact depends upon your application and how much
value-added processing, relative to the material costs, your laminate
requires.

Subject: [LF] Halogen free alert
Hi all,
Finally we've received a customer's requirement for halogen-Free
product. I've already looked at the PCB laminates issue. Does anyone
have any clue about the components availability? Any general idea for
the price tag?
Regards
