Hi All,

 What are the regulations for exemptions on the amount of lead in a
product? I have a situation where a product does not fall into the
product category of telecommunications and the design team wants to
pursue an exemption based on the amount of lead in the product. I was
under the impression that if the lead was intentionally introduced to
the product it could not be exempt and if unintentional only .1% was
allowed.
