I just posted it on our web site on Monday, and have been adding to it
daily as I uncover additional source material.  I'm also working on a
web page that will summarize this information for electronic engineers.
But with 19 inches of books, reports, papers, and magazine articles (so
far) on the subject, that will take me a while longer to write...
