Self-declaration is all one needs to do, as far as I know.

Same as with general waste management legislations, nothing WEEE/RoHS
specific.

If, then only as evidence. Note that penalties can be applied by
environmental protection institution, so while matters are settled in
court one can not sell any products. I may be wrong here thou. I'm not a
lawyer. Why to worry anyway? Just make products to be compatible!
