Hi Ken, IPC LF Listservers,

WEEE Article 3 (k) is what you listed.

This seems clear to me; although, there will be grey areas.


Private or public owned small companies would act ("nature" = act )like
households. Small businesses (a little restraunt, bistro, food stand, or
store) and small nursing homes, or doctor clinics, etc would by "nature and
quantity"

act like households and use the general trash to dispose of their EEE.
