Hi Technet,

I just received a brandnew Supermole Gold, and started experimenting
with the software. Unfortunately, after installing it here on my Windows
NT 4.0 machine the software sometimes crashes when doing very basic
things like switching between the various screens.
Instead of sitting in between our IT people (who will put the blame on
the software) and the supplier (who will probably claim that I am the
only person in the world having such problems), I thought I'd ask you
first. Does the supermole software crash easily or should I be looking
at the configuration of my computer ? Could you send your responses
off-line please ?

B.T.W. I'm using version 5.20 of the software.

Best regards,

Daan Terstegge
