Well now you have answered this makes you expert so can I ask a
supplementary?
This is not my field, but are polymer substrate materials that stable?
So even if the boards were cut that p/m how would receiver measure?

Regards

Mike

Hi Lorraine,

Didn't see any other replies so I thought I'd give you my opinion.

0.05 is, in my opinion, barely achievable in a production environment. You
may
or may not be lucky. I would suggest +/-0.10mm is a more realistic tolerance
for routing. If you need better than that then you'll have to buy a punch.

Regards,
