You sound pretty desperate. There is a way that I used many years
ago. It's an ugly method but it worked for my situation. I needed to
expose some conductors that were coated with soldermask and I
was dealing with only about a dozen boards. I used Jasco paint
remover. I brushed it on manually and it removed the mask. I was in
a very desperate situation.
