in the Telcordia GR-78-core there is a reference to an IPC TM 650 test
method 3.6 - insulation resistance,connectors.I have found the test method
in an old copy dated 7/75.
When I go to the current TM 650 methods on the IPC website there is no 3.6.
Can someone from the TM committee please tell me if this old method is
obsolete and if so what method replaced it.
