Mark,

   In a previous life we measured the thickness of the PCB over solder mask
areas only.
Back then the HASL thickness over bare copper was ( 0.0001 min - 0.001 max.)
Now a days
the HASL thickness is microns thick.   Hope this HELP!

Here's what was ordered:
0.062" finished board thickness, SMOBC, HASL final finish, IPC-6012 class 2.

Here's the question:
Does finished board thickness include the HASL coating thickness?
