Have you looked in IP-600? I think that's the PCB equivalent of PCA's
IPC-A-610.

Greetings to All
I need to know which spec the explanation of "when you test coupons from a
panel - if the coupons do not meet the requirements of the specification,
all boards on that panel are considered to be non-compliant".   I have not
been able to find them in 6011 or 6012.
