Is anyone using electroformed stencils? We have 3 BGA 14mil apertures and a
LLC with 16 mil we are having paste release on an auto printer. 7 hours were
spent tweaking the print operation....separation speed, squeegee pressure,
alignment was perfect.
We use a multi speed (vibrate) separation for paste release.
