Josee, some many years ago, most pcb fabricators used a two part Tin
stripper, the first part stripped the Tin (or Tin/Lead) to the intermetallic
layer, the second part stripped the intermetallic. I suspect that the part
that stripped the Tin only would do what you needed, if slowly. Fused
Tin/Lead is much slower to strip than freshly plated Tin/Lead.
We used to sell these products. I can put together a on liter sample for
you, which I will send to you at no charge, if you pay the freight.
