It's been a couple of years since 7525 "Stencil Design Guidelines" has
been published.  

It is time to take a close look at this document to see what possible
updates and or / additions should be included.  The meeting at APEX
March 31 at 9:30 AM to 12:00 AM is an excellent opportunity to do this.

the 31st at APEX.  I hope we can get good attendance and participation
at this meeting.
