How are you applying the coating, hand sprayed, dipped, selective coater...
Is it high volume or low volume?

When applying conformal coating, on what type of surface is the PCB placed?
How is this surface maintained, or is it a disposable surface changed for
every application?
Are templates a good idea for masking off boards? If so how are they
maintained or cleaned.
