I don't have a copy of IPC-2226 High Density interconnect structure design.
I don't know if it exists yet. But that is where it would be because board
types vary per technology and are classified in the design sectionals.
Maybe you're looking for IPC/JPCA-2315 defines types based on the number of
layers applied to either side of the core.
