Hi Amira,
We use 3 check sheets, one for new library parts, one for the schematic and one for the pcb. Our pcb checklist has the designer check for: Teardrops, Fiducials, Text height, PCB part number & rev, ESD symbol, Paste on SMD's, Soldermask openings for SMD's, Test points, Silkscreen over pads. We also review and signoff the system DRC reports. Hope this helps.

We want to create a chick list sheet for our PCB designers to review the
major items, which are important for fabrication, in their boards before
sending them to  fabrication, to minimize iteration in the design, and also
We want to set up our technology file to be realistic
If any one can help, this will be appreciated
