Hi Amira, We use 3 check sheets, one for new library parts, one for the schematic and one for the pcb. Our pcb checklist has the designer check for: Teardrops, Fiducials, Text height, PCB part number & rev, ESD symbol, Paste on SMD's, Soldermask openings for SMD's, Test points, Silkscreen over pads. We also review and signoff the system DRC reports. Hope this helps.
